Application
TMV series submersible aerators are designed for the delivery of air and neutral technical gases, allowing oxygen to enter the reactors and are designed for continuous operation. Submersible blowers are used inter alia. in:
- water clarification installations,
- aeration of wastewater in treatment plants - active sediment chambers,
- mixing water or wastewater during a variety of technological processes
- aeration of water in breeding ponds,
Functioning
The air intake is carried through a vent lifted above the mirror of the aerated medium. The drawn air is placed in a spiral motion by forming a circulating flow in the paddle compartments of the wheel and in the annular channel. In this way, multi-stage air compression is achieved when the blade wheel rotates. The compressed gas is then directed to the diffuser system, from which air is released into the aeration medium.
